During the current covid-19 crisis we would like to re assure you as a customer that at Joe’s Lawn Care we are taking the situation very seriously. We are instigating every precaution possible to ensure we can still deliver you the best lawn care service, whilst minimising any risk to you of exposure.

Our Technicians Daily Procedure

1.Before starting the days work, each of our technician will allow 5 minutes to clean/sanitise the inside of the van. This including spraying with disinfectant, wiping steering wheel, gear lever, hand brake etc.

2.Prior to arriving at your lawn, our technician will wear disposable surgical gloves, acting as a barrier to any possible transmission.

3.We will carry out the treatments scheduled at your property as normal. But we won’t knock on your door. If you would like us to knock please let us know and we will do so, but we will remain a safe distance away from you.

4.As you know, once we have finished the treatment we would usually leave a card detailing what has been done. We will no longer leave this with you unless you have requested this.

We are hopeful we can move on from this situation. Certainly the decisions we make over the coming period will make our team and business stronger. In the mean time we thank you for your ongoing support and look forward to helping you achieve that stunning lawn that you can enjoy this Spring and Summer.
